Since our founders engaged in executive search activities (mid 90’s) the team has built up a record of sustained recruitment and onboarding success in four broad sectors – Financial Services, Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT), Professional Services and FMCG.

Having been active for over 20 years in retained search, most of the client-work has been in “Technology /Professional Services” and “Financial Services”. Whilst this is still the case today, we have organized our practices differently. Many of the leadership challenges we are addressing are the result of 4 distinct forces that affect our clients: the key expert domains in which we are active:

  • “Digitalization” and the shift of power towards customers,
  • The opportunity of “Big Data” and related analytics,
  • The Cloud and its “Cyber Security” aspects in particular,
  • The increased need for “Compliance and Risk control” as imposed by the regulator.

Recruiting chief functional officers in the areas of Finance (including functional heads in Treasury, Risk and M&A) and IT (CIO, Transformation Directors, …) has also emerged as a key area of expertise.

Whilst in-depth sector knowledge has been essential for us to act as c-level “sparring partners” to our candidates and clients alike, thinking across sectors is at the very core of our corporate DNA. Some of our most rewarding recruitment and onboarding successes have taught us that thinking out of the box (sector, expertise, …) has helped us to truly create value for our clients and candidates alike.

Sustainability

The Green Tech & Renewable Energy sectors, a hybrid of several industries and covering a broad range of functional specialties, fit our approach and capabilities particularly well.

Our clients have strong ties in the Benelux but rely on us for international reach. We are used to work with Private Equity firms and appreciate their sense of urgency and professionalism.  Whilst we have served blue-chip corporates and start-ups alike, we take most satisfaction in assisting ventures to build leadership teams that last: teams that build a future on the “right side of globalization”.
