van Pul & Thieltgen has founded a new Executive Mentors Network (some 25 “adepts of the house”) to tap information and advice from. These are individuals who can act as independent and objective temporary mentors, sounding boards and counselors to our “new execs”.

On the basis of the new executive’s development needs – identified during the Executive Onboarding sessions – van Pul & Thieltgen will organize ad-hoc mentoring to put him or her in touch with individuals who excel in the competence / attitude that the new recruit should develop further (Mentor sessions to trigger a mindset, to activate a degree of consciousness or to further ‘switch on’ a behavior).

Focus is on ‘excelling in excellence’ as opposed to ‘correcting drawbacks’.
